This month, I would like to share with you a fascinating article about picking up litter in public. I highly recommend reading it, especially if you struggle with the issue of it feeling too "weird" or "embarrassing" to break away from your group for a couple of minutes to clean up some trash. "It's a simple thing to do, but not a common one," is an excerpt from the piece that touched me and made me think of the difference we could make if everyone picked up trash, however small, as they go about their daily routine.
